Nancy Pelosi, the poster girl for incumbent entitlement

Information revealed by Judicial Watch, a group who watches over the shoulder of government check writers, shows Nancy Pelosi and her chosen members of  Congress are traveling very nicely on our dime.

Over a two year period Pelosi and her traveling companions spent $2.2 million traveling around America and overseas using US Air Force aircraft.  Food and alcohol alone reached over $101,000.00.  Pelosi was granted Air Force travel privileges after 9/11, and she and her colleagues in Congress are clearly enjoying it.  The nice feature, she was able to travel with family members on 31 trips. 

As reported by Judicial Watch, purchases for the Air Force Congressional Delegation (CODEL) flights included:  “Johnny Walker Red scotch, Grey Gooese vodka, E&J brandy, Bailey’s Irish Creme…Corona Beer and several bottles of wine.”

They couldn’t buy a domestic beer? 

Longtime liberal incumbents know how to live it up.  She and her liberal career politicians in the house have had their luxuries for long enough.  We shouldn’t have to spend this kind of money for our fellow Americans to represent us properly.
